From our initial call (with Ruth) for service, to Dan (who recommended our new split unit) to Clint ('master' installer), everything went along as well as could be expected. No surprises. Great communication during install. They even swept out the garage. All the leaves that had blown in during the 8 hour installation were gone! Such a great company to work with. Fantastic service! You won't find a better hvac company in town. They spend the extra time diagnosing the problem to ensure they are only fixing the issue as opposed to swapping a bunch of parts to see if it will fix it. Very fair on pricing and upfront about everything. Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year and they came out on Sunday to fix it. Strongly recommend.

Our AC didn't turn on at the beginning of the summer, so we called GR Freeman. They were at our house the next day and called when the technician was on the way, so we didn't have to sit at home during the work day for a four-hour window!
